Please find enclosed the information required to book your hotel rooms for the CAHN Education Day Note that the nights which will be covered by CAHN are WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 22, 2012 AND THURSDAY FEBRUARY 23, 2012. The date of our CAHN Education Day has been changed to THURSDAY FEBRUARY 23, 2012. During the reservation process, please advise them of the group code CAG11 to receive the conference rate of $215.00 plus taxes. Also make sure that there is 2 beds in this room if you plan to share. The deadline for release of this room block is DECEMBER 31, 2011.
